Hello Cheesecake Factory,
i was dining at your establishment yesterday during the lunch hour. i had high hopes. what a poor idea that was. first of all why must your menu be littered with advertisements? are you really hurting for money that much that you feel the need to distract me with ads about teddybears & pants? after i moved on past that fiasco of a menu i selected a "iced mocha" for my beverage and as a professional former barista let me tell you this drink was not up to par. for my lunch selection i chose "spicy ahi tempura rolls" this is the same lunch i had for my birthday lunch last month. during my birthday luncheon i was delighted and suprised! my heart melted with joy. Yesterday however, i was sorely disapointed at the dismal tempura rolls i recieved. first of all i had to wait about 10 minutes to even consume due to the fact that the waiter forgot to bring chopsticks, then when chopsticks were requested, i was told right away only to find out they had been forgoten once again. once i was finally able to enjoy my lunch i quickly found out that i could not enjoy my lunch becuase it just wasnt good. i am saddened and disapointed.
